How to request a refund
Refunds for orders are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to locate your order.
- Use the "Refund" option on the order to submit your request.
- Alternatively, contact our support team using the email shown on our website and we will assist with the refund process.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
